This class is an intentional blend of Gentle Yoga, Relaxation Meditation, and Sound healing.

Sunday, December 6th 5-6pm
$20 per person *Pre Registration Required*

Before total rest, we begin with gentle yoga (for all bodies and levels) to transition the brain from thinking to feeling. With the somatic awareness gained through Yoga Asana and meditation, we can easily surrender to stillness, increasing the benefits of sound healing. Melt away the stress of your day and come back to your true nature of loving kindness. Tea and oracle cards will be offered for your enjoyment.

*No refunds or exchanges, book with confidence :) *
